Returns will be inspected as they arrive, if damage is found on any returns a 10% fee maybe incurred. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. If you are not satisfied with the product and are still inside the 30 day return window please ship the product back and we will issue you a full refund. Īlto stand (Alto and Alto X) have a 30 day tryout period (30 days from purchase date) we allow this time for you to tryout alto comfortably.

After approval for a return you must ship the item back to us. Returns orders need to be requested no more that 1 day after receiving the item. We charge a 25 % restocking fee for all returns.
