What is a cache? You probably know that all of the market data gets downloaded to your system. But use it with care, and it should only be done by someone with plenty of confidence in using computers and in using and restoring TradeStation. It’s can be a bit complex to do this, but it’s rather simple once you try it. If you have been told to “try clearing the cache” in TradeStation, you may not know what that means. Please monitor the system in the Clean Boot environment. If you see the System Configuration Utility, check the box of "Don't show this message" and then click "OK". If some programs have been disabled, we can re-enable them later. Note: Clean Boot is a troubleshooting step. Restart the computer and test this issue in Clean Boot. Click the "Startup" tab, click "Disable All" and click "OK".Ĥ.
Click the "Services" tab, check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box and click "Disable All" (if it is not gray).ģ. Given the current situation, I suggest you do a clean boot to check if it is a software confilict issue.ġ. You can contact Tradestation support and let them know. If disabling UAC cannot correct the issue, the issue should not be a UAC related problem.
